I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, spiritual questions, intimacy struggles, infidelity, pornography use, and problematic sexual behaviors. I focus on understanding root patterns and creating meaningful change. I offer both faith-integrated care and clinically grounded therapy without faith integration.
